Reminds me of my first crush.
By the way, I've just kicked off an election-season political series; I've already tackled some fiction films like The Candidate and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (and of course W.) with some docs on subjects like The Weather Underground, Barry Goldwater, and of course Michael Moore around the corner. Check it out & let me know what you think...of the films and/or the politics involved. I'd love to see a discussion get going, as right now it's kind of quiet.
I am seriously flipping my shit about this movie. I've made everyone I know watch the trailer in the past week or so.
Great trailer and the Del Toro quote at the end sells it for me.
Usually I don't care about vampire movies, but this one does look really good.
Same here. I'm ambivalent to vampires, but this looks really sharp and will hopefully be everything that SAW 5 isn't...
It opens in NYC on Friday...I'll try to check it out in the next couple weeks and do a write up. I am obviously behind on a lot of writing, so we'll see what I can manage...
